To purchase products or access certain features on our site, you may create a customer account. When registering, you agree to:

All order requests placed on the website are subject to product availability and our acceptance.

• • Pricing: All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.
• • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at checkout before we prepare or dispatch your order. We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and major digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in selected local Patna delivery zones.
• • Order Adjustments: We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service to any customer if we suspect wholesale resale violations or fraudulent profiles.

Our sweets (laddoos, gujiyas, namkeens) are handcrafted food products made with pure ghee and fresh ingredients. Therefore, specific shipping rules apply:

• • Delivery Area & Timelines: Local deliveries within Patna are typically fulfilled within 24 hours. Courier shipments to other districts or states are shipped via express services. Estimated delivery dates are guides and not strict guarantees.
• • Address Accuracy: You must provide an accurate shipping address and contact number. If a delivery fails or is delayed due to an incorrect address, locked gates, or refusal to receive the package, Shree Kashi is not responsible, and no refunds will be issued.
• • Product Quality on Arrival: Fresh sweets have varying shelf lives. We pack products carefully in premium, airtight boxes. It is the customer's responsibility to store the sweets in cool, dry conditions immediately upon receipt, as recommended on the packaging.

Return Policy: Because sweets, snacks, and namkeens are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Damages & Issues: If you receive an incorrect order, a severely damaged package, or have genuine quality concerns, you must report it to us at contact@shreekashisweets.com within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide:

1. Your Order ID and contact details.
2. Clear photographs of the outer packaging and the affected food items.
3. A brief description of the issue.

If your claim is verified and approved, we will either dispatch a replacement batch free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Cancellation Policy: You may request order cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order by calling our hotline. Once an order has entered prep or dispatch stages, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
